TK Reed Tax Solutions

Bookkeeping Services in North Dallas, TX

Most small business owners I meet are three to nine months behind on their books. Not because they're careless — because they're busy running the business, and bookkeeping is the thing that always slides. Then tax season shows up and it's a scramble to reconstruct a year of transactions from bank statements.

Monthly bookkeeping fixes that. Every month I categorize your transactions, reconcile your accounts, and send you a clean picture of where the business stands — what came in, what went out, and what's actually profit. You make better decisions during the year, and when filing season arrives your return basically prepares itself.

I work with businesses across North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and the surrounding area — contractors, consultants, e-commerce sellers, service businesses. If your books are behind, that's fine. Catch-up bookkeeping is usually where we start.

Common Questions

My books are months behind. Can you catch them up?

Yes — catch-up work is where a lot of my clients start. We pull your bank and card statements, rebuild the months you're missing, and then keep it current going forward.

What software do you use?

I work with the common small business platforms — and if you're currently running your business out of a spreadsheet and a bank app, that's fine too. We'll set up something that fits the size of your business.

How is bookkeeping billed?

A flat monthly rate based on your transaction volume and number of accounts — not hourly. You'll know the number before we start, and it stays predictable.

Do I still need bookkeeping if my business is small?

If you have business income and expenses, you need records — the IRS doesn't grade on size. Clean monthly books also mean you actually know whether you're making money, which matters at any size.
